Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you full authority over your email boxes and email newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your mail accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just specify the electronic mail account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
